Berta’s yoga journey began as a personal practice a way to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the body through breath and movement. Over time, this practice became a path of deeper awareness, balance, and presence, shaping not only how she moves on the mat but how she lives day to day.
Her teaching is rooted in mindful movement, breath awareness, and simplicity. Berta believes yoga is not about performance or perfection, but about creating space to feel, explore, and grow at your own pace. She offers guidance that respects the body’s natural rhythm, encouraging strength, flexibility, and inner calm without pressure or expectation.
Whether working with beginners or experienced practitioners, Berta creates a welcoming environment where students feel supported, grounded, and free to show up as they are both on and off the mat.
