After years of working in the corporate world across different industries, movement and spirituality have always been part of my life. I have been teaching dance and movement for over 10 years, and I have been practicing yoga since my early twenties. I first discovered yoga through the physical practice connecting breath, body, and flow. Over time, I began to explore its deeper essence: meditation, pranayama, purification, and self-awareness. This journey led me to Rishikesh, India the birthplace of yoga where I completed my teacher training and immersed myself in its philosophy and traditions. When I returned to Spain, I started teaching yoga and movement classes, sharing what I had learned. Now, I am returning to India to continue my training and create transformative retreats for others who want to explore yoga, dance, and the beauty of Indian culture. My mission is to inspire you to connect with your body, your breath, and the present moment bringing movement, awareness, and joy into your life.
