Yoga and movement to reconnect with your body and mind.
Over 10 years of guiding students through yoga and dance.
Retreats and classes inspired by the roots of yoga in India.
A practice of stillness and presence. Meditation trains the mind to focus, calm racing thoughts, and cultivate inner peace. It helps reduce stress, increase clarity, and deepen your connection with the present moment.
The art of conscious breathing. Pranayama uses specific techniques to regulate the breath, balance energy, and improve vitality. It supports relaxation, boosts focus, and prepares the body and mind for deeper yoga or meditation.
Traditional yogic cleansing practices designed to purify the body and mind. Purification techniques release toxins, improve energy flow, and create a sense of lightness and clarity helping you feel refreshed inside and out.
The heart of yoga. Self-awareness means observing your thoughts, emotions, and actions without judgment. It allows you to better understand yourself, break unhealthy patterns, and live with intention, balance, and joy.
Release tension and quiet racing thoughts with guided breathing and gentle mindfulness. These practices help you find clarity and peace, on and off the mat.
Soothing sounds and soft rhythms accompany your practice, easing the body and helping the mind settle into stillness.
As a beginner, you don’t need much to start your yoga journey just a good-quality yoga mat for stability and comfort. Over time, you may find props like yoga blocks, straps, or bolsters helpful for deepening your practice. These tools provide support, alignment, and accessibility, especially if you’re exploring new postures.
The right yoga mat depends on your personal needs and practice style. Look for a mat with good grip if you sweat easily, and choose one with enough cushioning if you need joint support. A standard 4 – 6 mm mat works for most practitioners. Ultimately, your mat should feel comfortable and safe, inviting you to return to practice each day.
Absolutely! Many platforms offer accessible classes for beginners, but I also create guided online sessions that focus on building a strong foundation. My classes weave together movement, breath, and mindfulness, making it easier to connect with yoga beyond just the physical poses.
Not necessary, but highly recommended. Blocks and straps are wonderful tools to make yoga more approachable, especially when exploring flexibility or alignment. They help you experience postures fully without straining, making your practice safer and more enjoyable.
